Code of Conduct Violation

Submitting a code of conduct report is not just an act of courage, but a powerful step towards fostering a culture of respect, safety, and inclusivity. Your voice matters, and your willingness to speak up ensures that everyone feels valued and heard. By reporting any instances of misconduct, you're not only advocating for yourself but also for the well-being of your community. Together, we can create environments where everyone feels empowered to thrive. So, don't hesitate—your actions today pave the way for a brighter, more equitable tomorrow.

Your report will be recorded and initially shared with our Code of Conduct team and our Code of Conduct Liaison. If a consensus cannot be met, the Global Executor will also be notified.

If it is determined that corrective or remedial action is necessary, we will notify the person towards whom the report was directed while keeping the identity of the reporting person anonymous if possible.

You will be notified of the working group's decision.

The tenets of our Code of Conduct Action Policy are that:

We still record who filed the report — only so we can tell you the outcome — but your name stays out of the report and away from the person it is about.
